The basement dining room is a very private area with its own bar. It has a fusion style of French and Arabesque ­ there are mahogany floors, a small waterfall and this most atmospheric area feels at its best when lit by candlelight. It accommodates up to 40 for seated dining or 80 for Champagne & canapés.

The private room, or entire restaurant is perfect for large or small events, engagements, wedding reception, stag or hen’s do, birthday parties, Christmas parties, Iftar, Eid parties, business meetings both large or small.

La Sophia runs no hire charge, and some nights of the week there is no minimum spend for the private dining room. See our party menu’s for further details.
